Well, little Liam is enjoying his second month here in Homer. He is getting more active by the day- in fact he even rolled over from his tummy to his back shortly after this video was taken. Paul and I are hoping this was just a fluke, though we will no longer allow for any more kicking around on the couch, incase he tries to do it again. I'm starting to believe what everyone has been telling me about the difference between male and female activity levels...

Playground
Elsa has been a regular at the new playground in town. It was a community built playground that took 8 days to build. Paul helped out for several hours so Elsa often refrains, "Daddy built it!" Recently, her dad took her and her friend Cecily to the park for a picnic.
Summer Time!
Schoooool is out for SUMMER!
School is out and Elsa has had an action-packed summer! It started with her cousin Lily coming down from Anchorage. The girls "napped" on the couch, had a quiet dinner together and then went to the new playground in town.

Liam's Here!
Liam arrived on May 2 at 12:55pm. He was 9 pounds and 22 inches long. It was a long one, but he and mom did a great job! After a short stay at the hospital, we were all excited to bring him home, especially Elsa, who is taking to being a big sister with her inherent enthusiasm and sweetness. So far little Liam is as peaceful as can be, and mom and dad are soaking up all the wonder support that we have been getting from our friends and family, especially Nana!
